Digital Safety Group is the newest member of E-Data Law Group LLC., a company that, for the past twenty years, has helped individuals and companies prevent and respond to the harm caused by the wrongful use of electronic devices by known or unknown entities.
Digital Safety Group provides solutions in those situations in which you do not want to confront (through civil or criminal actions or litigation) the person(s) or entities that are harrassing, threatening, bothering, surveilling, or monitoring you or their your loved ones. We work with individuals and companies that simply want the harassment to stop. We are the “Velvet Glove” to the “Iron Fist” Solutions provided by the Digital Forensic Solutions Group.

Digital Safety Group creates for you a non-confrontational solution to your cell phone, social media, and digital harassment problem. We take actions that insulate your digital persona from the harmful actors on social media, including any know antagonist (e.g. former boyfriend, ex-spouse, business partner, etc.). We strive to help you to live your life free of harassment. Our Digital Safety Group is comprised of forensically certified attorneys and network/data privacy professionals that work with you and support you to create a protected, insulated digital environment in which you will be able to use your cell phone, interact with trusted friends, safely interact with unknown persons on the internet, and isolate yourself from harassment.

Hayden Pritchard
Hayden Pritchard was born in England and became a citizen of the United States in 2019. In his 15 years as a cybersecurity and data privacy law expert, Hayden has worked as an investigator for law enforcement, developer of privacy and data protection solutions for an international company, and along with Don Wochna, a founding member of Digital Safety Group. Hayden is a frequent speaker on a wide variety of privacy and data security topics. He recently presented to a national audience of forensic professionals on privacy issues related to Apple products. Donald Wochna
Donald Wochna is an attorney, who graduated from the Univesity of Chicago Law School in 1983. He is also a certified computer/cell phone digital forensic examiner. In the course of his practice as an attorney, Don has been a partner at an international law firm, founder of an electronic data and forensic analysis firm, a consulting and testifying expert, and, along with his partner Hayden Pritchard, a founding member of Digital Safety Group. Don and Hayden have applied their unique education, experience, certifications, and skills to create a solution to assist young professionals and manage the risks of living and raising children in a digital world. Don and Hayden are dynamic speakers and frequently present privacy, data, legal, and technical seminars to other professionals across the country.
