Participants (including your own attorney) begin with a privileged, confidential attorney-client meeting with an independent forensically trained attorney. You discuss the scope of your concerns and explain the ways in which you are currently using your smart phone and participating in social media. Then, we provide a technical/legal solution that includes:

  • The analysis and explanation of the content on your smart phone;

  • Legal consultation regarding content that may violate your rights or may violate state or federal law;

  • Device and social media configuration solutions;

  • Explanation of confrontational and non-confrontational options to manage the risks you have identified, including:

Digital Forensic Solutions Group as “Iron Fist”

Using our affordable, phased, fixed fee process, our Digital Forensic Solutions Group combines legal analysis with digital forensics to offer analysis of electronic devices such as computers and cell phones combined with strategic and tactical suggestions to assist you and your attorney to achieve your legal objectives in civil and criminal, state and federal matters.

Digital Forensic Solution Services

  • Identify and confront adverse parties through civil litigation or criminal prosecution by integrating our Digital Forensic Solutions with legal strategies of your attorney in a custom, phased, fixed fee Agreement. Typically a matter have the following phases:

  • Phase One: determine relevant facts and legal strategic and tactical objectives. Create Forensic Plan that identifies relevant electronic devices and procedures.

  • Phase Two: execute the Forensic Plan to obtain data from relevant sources, complete analysis, and verbally report analytic and legal opinions and render suggestions.

  • Phase Three: draft written expert report incorporating opinions.

  • Phase Four: defend written expert report.

  • Phase Five: testify as expert regarding opinions in the report

Because our Digital Forensic Solutions are provided by independent, forensically trained attorneys, we are able to provided you a custom fixed fee agreement that informs you at the beginning of an engagement the deliverable and cost of each phase. This arrangement allows us to abandon the hourly (or more accurately, the tenth of hour) billing model. Our clients are never surprised by the cost of our engagement. The above pricing is an example only, your pricing will be included in your engagement agreement.
